Topographic surveys (or “topos”) are a fundamental input for land development. Topographic plans depict the existing spatial features of a site and are an important first step, being utilised by a range of consultants to inform their designs and reports.
We utilise the latest technology to efficiently capture and process accurate and reliable field data. This data is delivered in a digital DWG (CAD) format along with two sets of conventional topographic plans - one with aerial imagery and one without. Our packages also include titles and comprehensive site photography as standard to help convey a full understanding of the site.
