Civix Planners, Engineers and Surveyors have gained approval for a subdivision and development of 108 residential terraced houses at 19 Murphys Park Drive, Flat Bush, Auckland. Ozac Architects and Greenwood Landscape Architects have created plans for quality yet affordable housing in this growing area. This marks Civix's final approved development, including 267 residential units, both apartments and terraced houses, along with 5 commercial retail units at the Murphys Park Drive and Murphys Road corner. Excited to see this neighborhood thrive and enhance housing and commercial offerings in Flat Bush.

Classic Group - Feilding

We're thrilled to be at the forefront, providing Engineering, Surveying & Planning services for a groundbreaking housing development in Maewa, the northern suburb of Feilding. The 90-hectare Kaha Ake project, a collaboration between New Zealand Superannuation Fund and Classic Group, marks a significant milestone for the town, introducing over 600 homes, potential for a retirement village, and local amenities.

Fletchers - Te Tau Waka

Civix provided Civil Engineering, Surveying, and Planning services for Fletcher Living's development of 58 dwellings at 2 Waka Moana Drive, Hobsonville. The proposal features apartments, terraced dwellings, and 1 standalone dwelling.

Named "Te Tau Waka", the development incorporates cultural features like "Aukaha"(rope lashing) and "Rauawa" (the main body of the waka). The planning process navigated complexities of zoning, achieving compliance with Mixed Housing Urban Zone and Terraced Housing and Apartment Buildings Zone requirements.

The development emphasizes visual and functional amenity, diverse housing, and cultural connections to the land.

Green Gorilla Cleanfill

Green Gorilla Ltd (GRP Ltd) had taken over the site at 1153A Rotowaro Road, Glen Afton in 2021 for use as a cleanfill and construction and demolition ( C&D) waste fill facility, and has since vastly improved the use of the site and its associated effects on the environment. They intend to continue to improve the operations on the site while also expanding the operation to provide for the deposition of cleanfill and C&D, being an increasingly valuable and required service for the constantly expanding construction sector.

The current consent for construction and demolition and cleanfill had expired. Civix Planners are now working through Resource Consent to expand and optimise their operations.
